Our 4 day walking meditation is a contemplative practice that combines the act of walking with mindfulness and present moment awareness. Unlike traditional seated meditation, walking meditation involves consciously focusing on the sensations of walking, the movement of the body, and the surrounding environment. Practitioners maintain a slow and deliberate pace, staying fully present with each step. Walking meditation cultivates a deep connection between the body and mind, promoting relaxation, grounding, and clarity.
