In mindfulness coaching sessions, our trained coach provides guidance and tools to develop and deepen one’s mindfulness practice. Our coach helps you to cultivate present-moment awareness, non-judgmental observation, and self-compassion. Through discussions, exercises, and reflections, mindfulness we assist you in integrating mindfulness into various aspects of life, including relationships, work, and self-care. The coach offers accountability, support, and customized strategies to navigate challenges and enhance well-being. Mindfulness coaching fosters personal growth, stress reduction, improved focus, and a greater sense of inner peace and fulfillment.
All of our Wellness Programs come with added extras for your comfort and enjoyment at no extra cost. You have free use of all our Tropical Facilities during the length of your program. We also serve a buffet-style Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner to all of our program attendees at our large beachfront restaurant.
