Our daily yoga classes are led by experienced instructors and designed to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. You’ll have the opportunity to explore various yoga styles and postures, from gentle restorative yoga to dynamic vinyasa flows.

In addition to yoga, our retreat offers daily meditation sessions to help you cultivate inner peace and calm. Whether you are experienced in meditation or new to the practice, our skilled teachers will guide you through a variety of techniques to help you find stillness and clarity.

Our retreat also features a healthy and delicious vegetarian or vegan diet to nourish your body and support your practice. We use fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create meals that are both nutritious and delicious.

All Holina Wellness Programs start on a Monday and we ask for all attendees to check in the day before on a Sunday where possible to run with our weekly schedules.

Check-In Time Is 2 pm & we offer a pier pick-up free of charge for all attendees’ convenience.

Our yogic diet class is an informative session that explores the principles of mindful and conscious eating based on yogic philosophy. In these classes, participants learn about the importance of nourishing the body with wholesome and sattvic (pure) foods that promote physical and mental well-being. The class focuses on the consumption of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and plant-based proteins. Yogic diet classes may also discuss the avoidance of processed and overly stimulating foods. Asana breakdown refers to the detailed analysis and exploration of yoga postures (asanas). In an asana breakdown session, practitioners examine the alignment, biomechanics, and subtleties of specific poses. Our classes here at Holina typically focus on one or a few asanas, breaking them down step-by-step to understand proper form, modifications and variations. Asana breakdown sessions provide valuable insights into body mechanics, muscular engagement, and breath coordination within each pose. Massage is a therapeutic practice that involves manipulating the body’s soft tissues to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being. Our skilled massage therapists use a combination of manual techniques, such as kneading, rubbing, and stroking, to target specific areas of the body. Massage increases circulation, improves lymphatic flow, and helps release toxins from the muscles. It can alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote a sense of deep relaxation. Massage therapy is beneficial for both physical and mental health, offering a rejuvenating experience that supports the body’s natural healing processes and fosters a greater sense of balance and vitality.
