In addition to yoga, our retreat offers daily meditation sessions to help you cultivate inner peace and calm. Whether you are experienced in meditation or new to the practice, our skilled teachers will guide you through a variety of techniques to help you find stillness and clarity.
Our retreat also features a healthy and delicious vegetarian or vegan diet to nourish your body and support your practice. We use fresh and locally sourced ingredients to create meals that are both nutritious and delicious.
